It was my first time at The Rooms, which had been recommended to me. Lauren was fantastic. She listened carefully while taking my history and tailored the massage to suit my needs. The hot stones were wonderfully soothing and relaxing, and her gentle yet firm touch worked through even the most stubborn of my knots. I will definitely be coming back.

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.

Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!
