The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I had been concerned that the shape or the colour might be too exaggerated or just not suit me, but Bronwyn explained the process in detail and let me view the proposed shape before continuing. She also checked that I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was not at all painful- in fact I nearly fell asleep and have not experienced any soreness in the two days since it was done. I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect.
