I spotted this salon while walking around the area a few days ago and booked an appointment to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Haru had just moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong after working in Tokyo and Osaka. He was incredibly stylish, skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. I had a great hair colour and cut with Yuna at Two Birds Salon in Melbourne. She was gentle, kind, and very professional throughout the whole appointment. She took her time, was very careful, and made sure everything felt comfortable. I love my haircut and the colour turned out beautiful. Tom is a craftsman with magic hands and scissors. I have curly Grey hair which I love and I don't trust many people to cut it. I always feel heard and safe with Tom. I also like his intelligence and wit. He is the whole package. I don't live in Melbourne but visit regularly and always lock in a visit to Edwards and co Fitzroy because of Tom.

They always conduct a consultation before every appointment even if you are a returning client and they really listen. The salon always has the most relaxing vibe and you never feel pushed from one person to another or left waiting for periods in time. Experiencing every service from colour to cut, a blow wave or a treatment the results is always the same, 5 star service and you leave feeling like a superstar. Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! Toni is the best blonde hairdresser in Melbourne. I have been getting foils and highlighting my blonde hair for over 15 years, and have tried several Hair Salons including the major chains. No one has achieved a better blonde for my hair than Toni - she is a true artist and understands how to properly take care of highlighted hair. She’s also awesome to hang out with for a few hours while getting your hair done! Can’t recommend her enough.

Evin is the best colourist I've tried in Melbourne and I've tried MANY. I like my blonde highlights to look natural and blended. Somehow many others have struggled with that, making it look streaky, bulky and old fashioned. Evon works strand by strand (almost literally), the amount of care and time she puts into it, it looks like I have natural sunkissed hair. People have even commented that they thought it was my own colour. It grows out so natural without harsh lines, again, because she perfects the colour of the highlight to best match my ash blonde hair and olive skin. It's truly art.
