I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. This is the first time I have come here.. I have been in hospital for 7 days at Royal Melbourne..and need a wash and blow wave. I looked up hair dressers in the Carlton area and this salon had 5 star reviews.. it did not disappoint. Great. Service and very clean . Made me feel good.
