I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

Had the most amazing massage today. From arriving to leaving every single lady was incredible that I met. Mali when booking to Sharlyn and her incredible hands and friendly loving personality. Edgar was professional and really made me feel comfortable. The venue is neat and peaceful. I enjoyed the body scrub. It leaves your skin really smooth. The massage was good too and it is on par with massages I have received from other masseurs. I recommend Edgar.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

It was my first time of visiting BOA - having always gone to Sorbet and I was pleasantly surprised. My therapist was lovely and gave the best massage. I was really happy with the whole experience and I shall definatley be back.

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

Excellent 60 minute aromatherapy massage! Zavanna was kind and continued to ask me questions throughout, to ensure my comfort. I was able to fully relax and really enjoyed the entire experience, from booking to checking in to the massage itself. Highly recommend for massage in Cape Town!

Another fantastic massage experience at Woodstock Spa Suite. My first massage on Wednesday was so good that I had to come back on Friday for another massage before leaving Cape Town! The four hands massage is definitely an experience everyone should try... Daniel and Caleb were excellent - professional and friendly - and I was totally at peace and relaxed after the massage. I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Cape Town. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.
