Went to see Amy after I’d herniated a disc. The pain had mostly eased by then, but honestly it was such a nice, calming experience. My head’s always busy, but I didn’t think about a single thing the whole time. She was really thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, and went through my medical history to see if she could help with anything else. Already booked back in for my next appointment

I had an absolutely dreamy pregnancy massage with Lindsey and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I had a pregnancy massage with Amy and it was lovely! I’m 23 weeks pregnant and have been having back aches and feel so much better after my massage. I’ve already booked in for a facial next week and certainly will go back for another pregnancy massage. Couldn’t recommend more, lovely place, easy parking and friendly staff!

My post op experience after a total hip replacement was disappointing with no after care or physiotherapy in sight My wife was under the care of Emma after extensive surgery for ovarian cancer left her suffering from lymphoedema and she suggested that Emma could maybe help me with my recovery After a number of visits I now feel more mobile and pain free 12 weeks after surgery I am now back in the gym at 77 yrs of age This progress is due to Emma’s assessment and appropriate treatment Thank you so much

Absolutely wonderful pregnancy massage with Lindsey this morning. She made me feel so comfortable, the massage itself was brilliant and very relaxing and she gave me some wonderful general advice and recommendations that were so very welcome as a first time mam with no friends around me who have had babies. I'll likely be back for another massage before the pregnancy is over and I'm planning to book in for a mummy MOT post natal too. Couldn't recommend more!
