Fantastic Reflexology treatment by Emma. Very relaxing but kind of invigorating too. Always good to be told which parts of your body (identified through the foot massage) needs attention and some tlc! Love this treatment.

I had my first Thai massage today and it certainly won't be my last! I walked in feeling very tired and lethargic and left feeling like a different person. Best way I can explain it is, Thai massage seems to be a combination of a deep tissue massage on the lower leg coupled with reflexology, including a few techniques I haven't experienced before. I'm sure Emma could explain more clearly!! I would highly recommend..

I was made to feel welcome from walking in the building. Laura assessed my skin and my concerns, explaining the treatments I needed and the skincare products that I would benefit from at home. The rooms are calm and cosy, resulting in complete relaxation. I would definitely recommend.

Reflexology with Lucy this morning. I've never had reflexology before but thought I'd give it a try as trying to be kinder to myself this year. Lucy is very knowledgeable and identified problem areas in my body that were under stress which we can work with in future appointments. I felt really relaxed during and after my appointment and will definitely return for more.

Today I had my very first reflexology session ever. Lucy brought complete calm to the session and I can honestly say that during the treatment I was so relaxed I could have dozed off. I experienced what I can only describe as a warm glowing aura around me. After the treatment Lucy was happy to answer questions about a couple of sensations I had felt and correctly identified these areas of my feet with the corresponding areas in my body where I do have issues. Well done Sophie for bringing Lucy to your clinic.

Everything was great. From easy parking & no hassle to get there. After 4 weeks from my first appointment I have felt the difference in my mobility doing the physio that Deb’s has given me. Now I have a few different exercises to do and feel very confident going forward. Thank you so much
