Absolutely amazing experience! Couldn’t recommend Adele enough! Had a rough few months in my pregnancy and had the pregnancy facial, scalp and shoulder massage and was very much needed!!! So professional and made you feel very welcome and relax !!!

I was a little nervous to try a new massage therapist, but when I arrived, Adele asked lots of questions to make sure I got what I wanted from my appointment, and made me feel at ease. The massage was brilliant, spending lots of time on the areas I specified. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The reiki and scalp massage perfectly complemented my massage also - I'd never had reiki before and was surprised at how much mentally lighter and calmer I felt afterwards. I'll definitely be booking again in the future

Adele was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel so luxurious, The Gold Head Spa treatment was so calming, and the Wax Mask Facial left my skin feeling flawless. Had a wonderful reiki session with Lindsay who is so calm and welcoming. Her studio is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Felt very relaxed during and after the session. The next day however I had so much more energy than normal. I felt more alert and brighter, the normal fatigue had lifted. Lindsay is very skilled at her job but also so compassionate. Lindsay was amazing! from the moment i first met her she was so calm and the place in her garden is so relaxing and peaceful, it’s lovely and quiet and you can hear the birds singing, lindsay talked through everything step by step and in great detail and put my mind at ease with everything, the treatment itself was very professional and calm, i felt completely at ease as so relaxed and stress free! she gave me all the aftercare on what to do to continue to achieve the best results! i’ve already booked my next 2 sessions i can not wait!
