Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. A wonderful treat for my birthday , spa package included afternoon tea with prosecco , 1 hour massage and 2 hour using their spa facilities. Food was good they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. Massage was fantastic best I've had in a long time. Beatrice was attentive to area I mentioned were tender and sore and made it a worthwhile experience. Spa facilities are clean, a bit small but exclusive has the whole place to myself at one moment.

Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back! Thank you Ellen :)

Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. I've been seeing Laura for over a year and I've never had two massages that are the same.
