I had a really lovely 90 minute massage. Sasha was great at explaining everything before we got started and asked lots of really useful questions to ensure I got the most out of the session. The room was beautiful, calming and the ambience relaxed me straight away. I was nice and warm throughout the process and felt so much less tension after. I have been coming here for over a year now seeing Poly. My massage today was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints.
