Based in Clifton Village, Bristol, I am a fully qualified and insured Massage Practitioner working from my lovely treatment room at home Monday to Saturday. With Holistic massage as my initial basis I offer deep tissue/therapeutic massage, focusing on muscle and bodywork. Having also trained with the world renowned Jing, Advanced Clinical Massage Training Institute, I work using Myofascial Release Techniques and Trigger Point work, helping to alleviate many chronic pain conditions whilst aiming to give a sense of deep relaxation.
