My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I've had a few massages with Cara and they have always been fantastic! Cara is very attentive always making sure I am warm and comfortable and if the pressure she is using is good for me. I always leave feeling fully relaxed. Highly recommended!

Really friendly and lovely service. Had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and I was really happy with the results. The beautician listened to what I would like and made my brows very neat, fuller and more manageable. She gave after care advise. Had a lovely mini spa visit. Great pool, sauna and steam room. All very clean, warm and quiet. Pool area is very relaxing. Excellent massage treatment too. Good value for a simple spa experience without any extra frills.
