Sam is amazing! She is helping me, at the ripe old age of 33 lol, with my skin. She has currently recommended me an amzing new skin routine to my budget and we went with a carbon facial as a boost for the skin and this was amazing! I have very very sensitive skin. And when I tell u no irritation at all. My skins has never been so smooth, redness has generally decreased. Pore are less noticeable but forever in love with how soft my face it has help with texture so well. Can't wait to have another one.

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

I had an amazing dermaplaning facial with Jenn 🤩 It was my first facial in a loooong time and Jenn really helped me to understand my skin and the importance of skin care! I absolutely love my lashes! She did such an amazing job and styled them perfectly to suit my eye shape. They’re exactly what I wanted. She’s also so gentle and light-handed that you barely even feel her doing your lashes. Such a relaxing experience, and the results are beautiful. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I met with Dr Sam regarding my concern of TSW following cessation of topical steriod use. He checked me very well and reassured me that my skin is doing well and is healthy and the infections I had healed. He then adviced me to use OTC medicated shampoo to help my skin heal further. His bedside manner is so lovely, he’s very kind and also understanding which is something I was worried about as some doctors don’t truly listen to your needs. But Dr Sam is the opposite he listens and addresses all your concerns in a professional and caring way. Thank you so much and I hope to be back for more

Such a fantastic Dr. Talked through the whole process to ensure I fully understood what the procedure was and what to expect. Showed me the product and expiry date (something that has never happened when previously having botox with other practitioners). Advised against having a certain procedure as it wouldnt look quite right on me, fully trust Dr Sam 100%. Thank you for such a great experience 😀 The clinic itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with parking outside. Overall a fantastic experience 👌
