Absolutely amazing service! I was made to feel so comfortable while having microblading done! Definitely recommend to anyone. So confident without makeup now! I had a brow tint and wax and absolutely love the results. I went a little tweezer-happy during lockdown and Caitlyn advised me to grow them out for a few weeks before coming for a treatment. I’m so glad I took her advice. It was 100% worth it and my brows look better than they have in a long time.

The appointment was amazing, sha made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed at all, I loved her work and her patience and how she was getting everything handled with patience and giving it the right time and attention. Best wax experience i’ve had so far in Cardiff would deffo recommend it!!! x

I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!
