If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!
