Just want to say a massive thank you for my facial! I came in with some quite red, inflamed spots on my face. You were really honest and let me know they might look a bit angrier straight after the treatment—but that they should settle. And honestly, 24 hours later, my skin looks so much better than it did before. The redness has calmed right down, the spots are a lot clearer on my face , and I’ve got such a lovely glow now. I really appreciate the care and attention, and I’ll definitely be back in four weeks to keep on top of it.🩷✨

First tried reiki with Charlene around a year ago out of curiosity. Always have a very relaxing and enjoyable session. I have been having monthly facials with Laima, since December 2024. I came to her, as I have recently started experiencing breakouts from hormonal acne.
