First time visit and had the new hydro facial which was something pretty special! Morgan made me so comfortable and talked me through the procedure, taking into consideration my skin needs. The procedure itself felt great, bit like a dynamic earth experience with all the different temperatures and sensations 😅. The exfoliation md extraction tools felt like they were really effective. Lovely overall experience. The salon is beautiful and Morgan was fab My skin is plump and glowing this morning. Thank you 😊 🥰

Just want to say a massive thank you for my facial! I came in with some quite red, inflamed spots on my face. You were really honest and let me know they might look a bit angrier straight after the treatment—but that they should settle. And honestly, 24 hours later, my skin looks so much better than it did before. The redness has calmed right down, the spots are a lot clearer on my face , and I’ve got such a lovely glow now. I really appreciate the care and attention, and I’ll definitely be back in four weeks to keep on top of it.🩷✨

I had a hydra facial today with Megann. What a great experience I had at the collective. It is a beautiful, spacious and fresh salon. Megann was fantastic. This was my first facial and Megann explained every step to me before and as we went along. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease during the treatment. I will definitely be back for more treatments very soon.

Ladies RUN dont walk for the 8 in 1 Hydro Facial. I suffer from dry and dull skin. I had this facial done 3 days ago and i cant believe how good my skin looks. For the first time in a very long time my skin has a lovely heathly glow, it looks radiant, awake and feels so soft. And this shows through my makeup. Lisa was brilliant. As this was my first experience, she explained every step in detail. And we also had a good laugh. So no need to be nervous. I have been having monthly facials with Laima, since December 2024. I came to her, as I have recently started experiencing breakouts from hormonal acne. Laima is very professional and tailors each facial to your needs. My skin has improved significantly in a short space of time and my skin feels renewed and glowy after each session. My daughter and I both had two lovely treatments. We were bith booked for the Japanese head massage and dermaplane facials. I decided not to have the dermaplane and go for a relaxing facial. Good decision for ne with older skin. Sounds big headed but my skin eas glowing tonight and my tight tension headache was gone. My daughter has psoriasis and now her head is completely free of plaques.
