The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! After feeling tired, flat and constantly experiencing pain in my back and knees for the last few months, I decided it was due to working as a gardener and getting older. Then my daughter convinced me to try the ice plunge. After the first session my mood lifted and I walked down the stairs with no knee pain. Then I tried a second session, that night I went into a beautiful deep sleep, something I hadn't done in months. Today was my third session. The Ice Plunge is challenging and Jess is wonderful at keeping you calm and helping you through the experience. The rewards are amazing!

Amy exceeded my expectations. This was my first time having acupuncture and I was completely relaxed and calm all the way throughout. Already looking forward to my next session with Amy. The Vitality House venue is incredible and so calming. 10/10.
