This was my first ever remedial massage. Soo was very welcoming and made me feel at ease with what to expect. She is knowledgeable and good at explaining what is going on with my muscles and how it all connects up. She also had great skill and techniques. Before I left she gave me some tips on how to stretch my neck daily in an 80second routine. Would certainly recommend her to others!

Massage was excellent, the masseuse knew her job really well, I have issues with my back and neck and she managed to release the muscles. I believe cleanliness has to be addressed - new towels provided for each client would be a bonus. This is just a minor observation. Good overall )

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and proficient at what he does. I had issues with tennis elbow that was beyond painful, and with his help I have managed to overcome the condition and recovered to have full movement. Highly recommended
