I’ve never been before and my husband booked me an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. Megan has been my physio for the last 2 years. I have regular maintenance visits for an issue with my neck. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone that needs physio she very friendly, approachable and professional. Importantly she listens to you and tailors the treatment. She is the reason I've have been pain free for 2 years and counting 😊. My physio treatment also includes strengthening exercises to help prevent and manage future issues. Would highly recommend.

Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. Welcoming and informative

Pete has treated my injury very well and was able to quickly identify the problem and get to work immediately. After only a couple of sessions and following his instructions between treatments I was feeling a lot better. On his advice I gently returned to running and ended up running the 10k I had entered with no issues afterwards. I'd happily recommend him to potential future clients

Really lovely meeting Rachael who put me at ease explaining everything about a lymphatic drainage massage as it was my first time. Found the experience very relaxing and slept like a baby that night, which I haven’t done in a while. Definitely recommend to get rid of that bloated sluggish feeling, I feel really good today even though results are best after 3 days!!
