This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

Wow don't know why o left it so long. Anna was knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and patient. Have booked again. Would recommend to anyone looking for massage therapy, even if not active in sports right now. Worth every penny

Full disclosure I am Laura's sister! I went as a massage was recommended by an osteopath, for issues around tight and stiff hips, which were interfering with exercise. Laura listened carefully to how I felt and what I wanted to work on. The massage was great - focused on hip mobility and working out what was tight and where sticking points were. Worked on the side of the body a lot and helped to work through the sticky points and free up the muscles. The room was lovely and relaxing and the massage bed was very cosy! Loved the goody bag at the end - a really nice touch. Would recommend.

I love my sessions with Laura! When I first started seeing her, I wanted a regular monthly massage with somebody I could build a comfortable relationship with, who knows my body and tailors the massage to what I need. I got exactly that! I can tell Laura where I'm stiff or uncomfortable and she will work in that area. It's never a bog standard massage. It never feels awkward. I look forward to the sessions and the monthly subscription makes sure I'm making time each month for some wellness.

No better way to start the weekend than a luxury prescriptive facial with Kezz! As always she made me feel super relaxed and pampered. She also tailored what products my skin needed right now and the result was fabulous. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Always a fantastic experience with Laura. I love the pre-massage consultation which allows her to tailor the massage to what you need on the day. I instantly felt comfortable with her which made the decision to sign up to the monthly membership and easy one. Great way for me to make sure I'm getting some me time every month.

Laura is absolutely wonderful. I've been getting massages from her for a little while now and absolutely can feel the different in my mind and body! Highly reccomend Laura and will continue doing so, really a wonderful experience. Also would recommend a regular massage from her rather than leaving it until you feel you really need a massage, makes a huge difference!!

Anna was amazing! She demonstrated clear knowledge about my injury and outlined how my recovery and rehab will be structured. She gave me the confidence to try to walk after being on crutches for 5 days! Thank you Anna

Laura is simply the best. I arrive for my appointment with the weight of the world on my shoulders, and float out like a feather. Laura makes you feel so relaxed, and is so professional. I would recommend Laura to anyone. Her room from where she delivers her massage is so comforting.

Anna was very professional and welcoming. Anna made me feel at ease right away and focused on the areas that were tight from swim training. My muscles now feel looser and lighter and I feel ready to train again. Highly recommend!

Kezz is THE best. She knows her stuff, I’m always in safe hands & leave feeling super relaxed
