Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Absolutely authentic and perfect pressure massage. Katie was really professional and knew exactly the pressure points. I usually have to ask for more pressure at back with others but she just knew what is needed in deep tissue. I can say the best Massage ever received in Bristol. Thanks

I knew Louise was great for Reflexology and today when I had very stiff shoulders I asked for a shoulder massage and was impressed, yet again, by her skill. She knew just where to undo knots and just how hard to apply pressure for results without pain. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and effective.

I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.

Fabulous! Millie is such a lovely gentle person who makes you feel relaxed and in capable hands as soon as you meet her. The treatment room smells amazing and is such a comfortable room to be in. This was my daughter’s first Reiki session and my daughter really embraced her session. She came away feeling good about herself that we are going to book another session. Millie also provided feedback after the session and followed this up with an email too which was appreciated as you can refer back to. As a mother to a soon teenage daughter it’s lovely she offers Reiki to teenagers.

Fantastic pregnancy massage with Lauren today. She explained everything & made sure I was comfy in each position. I loved the face, scalp & shoulders especially, Lauren spent a good amount of time on the atypical problem areas (hips, feet & ankles), well thought out! It would be handy to have more detailed directions for first-time visitors as I was a little late arriving to the appointment trying to find LD massage around the back 🙈 this is definitely a me-problem, but may help others?

Very relaxing experience. I was having neck and upper back pain and Elaine did a wonderful job of using long, firm strokes to ease that pain. She checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was at the best level for me. Highly recommend!

Exceptional treatment. The warm welcome, the personalised drinks, the inviting room, everything spotless (I notice these things), I love how time was taken to establish my wants & needs from the treatment as it gave me time to land. The treatment utter bliss, my whole body melted as I relaxed into the soft, white covers listening to beautifully chosen music in the background. I loved creating my own oil blend, enjoying a delicious matcha, lime & celery juice beforehand and jasmine green tea afterwards. Ceri made me feel so welcome and comfortable, especially as it was my first hot oil wrap. The body brushing, salt scrub, warm oils, wrap and scalp massage were amazing.
