As someone who loves a good massage, I can highly recommend Bristol Thai spa. I have ongoing knotted and tight shoulders. It's amazing how much better I feel after an hour sports massage.. They got right in there with elbows and arms. Got some excellent cracks out of my back. Will definitely be going back for more.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

I had the most wonderful foot massage with Tikky, perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, has helped my feet so much and I have gone from being in lots of pain to zero pain. Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!
