The entire experience was S-Class even before I even step foot in the spa/salon. The customer service was fantastic as was the service itself. She took her time to detangle my hair before shampoo and conditioning. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff were professional with handling the appointment. The stylist Joy, did a great job. She was patient with me, assessed my hair, inquired about my hair care habits, and recommended a protein treatment and steaming to mimize hair breakage. She handled my hair with care and the braiding was quick,neat and without tension.

The ambiance was relaxing, same for the jacuzzi soak bubble bath, the sauna, the full body and feet massage. Very affordable compared to most spas in Abuja for this quality of work. I highly recommend

Despite being a last minute walk in you were able to accommodate me. The stylist that did my hair was great. She was very professional and talked me through every stage of the treatment. From detangling my hair to offering after care regimen to follow in between salon visits. This has been by far the best salon visit i have had in Abuja in a very long time. I booked my next visit and recommended the salon to my sister before i walked out of the door.

Had a beautiful experience of relocking my microlocs. Thanks to Patience. She's the stylist with amazing hands. I recommend her any day, any time. She's great.
