Generally good. The staff was very kind. However: the fan in one massage room is squeaking. Rhe shower became hot or cold/strong or weak randomly without me changin anything. Rhe shower door doesnt close all the way and water leaks out. There was no bathroom carpet oitside the shower. The door to the bathroom in the massageroom is broken. In both massagrooms, I think. The hairdresser used a very rough brush and used it very hard on me. That was uncomfortable. I tried to twllthim, but he didnt quite understand what I was trying to tell him.

Ken did a fantastic job on my nails and I came early and he was more than happy to take me. However, I would like to bring the following to your attention. One of the ladies had just finished giving a pedicure to a man and after he left she did not properly clean the tub that holds the water. No disinfectant was used, she just sprayed water and used a dirty/used towel to wipe it down. Is this standard practice?

Good. I enjoyed almost everything. Please change the music. At least from time to time. The one I heard everytime ive been there is getting old. And it sounds bad or almost scary sometimes. And there is more music out there that is way more relaxing. Also, the doors to the bathrooms are broken in both spa/massage rooms. Please fix that.

Exceptional service. Been coming here for 5 years this November and have introduced more than 5 people to the brand and have at least 5 people who use them as their personal salon now. My hair is long, full, and healthy. The difference from 2019 to now is enormous. I literally sing their praises everywhere😅😅 genes can only take you so far without a proper care regimen

I felt at home in this salon. And my hair had hope! Such a humble, kind and warm individual the owner is. I honestly felt I gained a new sister when I met her. She wasn’t up tight, in her office or giving orders, she was actually rolling her sleeves and handling my hair herself. In fact all her customers. She immediately knows what or how to treat your hair. I am truly grateful to have been introduced to this facility because I know the journey has just begun and it is not only a journey for my hair but my entire make over!
