Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected.
