I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. Lucy was excellent . What started as a visit to relax ended with me leaving not limping for the first time in 3 months. Lucy had a great knowledge of anatomy and was able to work on an ongoing hip problem. It was so successful that I got home and rebooked straight away.
