Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

Sally is such a nice lady and great Sports massage knowledge.

James is helping with my fitness, strength and flexibility and being able to ride my bike with comfort instead of painful shoulders. He has found lots of stiff knots and massaged them away. I feel more supple and comfortable and hope a biggish ride over this weekend will be much more enjoyable

Lisa did a great job. I should have booked in sooner, had very stiff back and tired legs. Well worth booking in for a regular sports massage to prevent injury and help rehabilitation/improved performance. Thank you

I had a great time at Spa Float. It was my first time having a float session and they really reassured me everything and talked through the process and it was amazing would definitely recommend. I also had a massaged after the float session and it was perfect made me feel really relaxed and worked out all the stress from in my shoulders. Defiantly will come back again!
