Ideal for addressing specific problem areas such as stiff neck or sore shoulders.  May help to alleviate chronic pain and improve mobility.  

Deep Tissue Massage (60 min)

It involves the manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. The techniques used in therapeutic massage are typically more focused and can include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching. Therapeutic Massage (60 min)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on form of complementary therapy that uses light touch to release tension and support the body's innate ability to heal itself.  Your therapist will evaluate and work with the rhythmic motions of the cerebrospinal fluid and the craniosacral system - the membranes and fluid that protect the brain and spinal cord - to identify and address imbalances or restrictions in the body.  By freeing the central nervous system to perform at its best, CST may reduce pain and stress and enhance your health and wellbeing.  CST is suitable for people of all ages, from newborns to elders, and may help with conditions such as chronic pain, headaches, stress, and recovery from trauma.
