I have been along before to float and it has always been a great experience. Today I also treated myself to a massage afterwards and it turned a great experience into a absolutely amazing one. Massage really complements the mental and physical benefits of a float session. However the best part was how wonderful the masseur, Liz was. I had a Swedish massage and it was the best one I have ever had. Her technique and skill made it a truly relaxing experience. I can recommend combining a float and massage with Liz to anyone wanting to treat themselves to a fully relaxing afternoon.

I gave my husband the float experience and the Swedish massage as a gift. He absolutely loved it! It was a great break from his busy routine, offering relaxation for both his body and mind. By the way, he said this was the best massage he's ever had, even compared to the many others he's tried. Highly recommend it!

Great to see Lisa’s settled in so well to her new studio it’s nicer from my perspective a quieter and more relaxing space. Parking is a doddle several streets nearby that are free for 1 hours.

This was my first visit sinc New Year because I have been having numerous medical tests/scans. Lisa treated me for all the neck and back pains that have built up over that time. Although some treatment was painful Lisa was very caring and empathetic as she always is. I am feeling better today than I expected because of the aches that usually occur on the next day but she appears to have done very well. I hope this lasts until my next monthly visit. Thanks Lisa. Absolutely lovely experience at the beautifully presented, newly opened Warwick Spa. I had a warm, welcoming and professional greeting and offered a drink on arrival! (Lovely touch) My full body massage was very soothing, given by a skilled, attentive therapist who kept checking throughout, that I was feeling comfortable - this is important for me as an older person. I felt so relaxed and indulged that I had to struggle to keep awake. I am certainly looking forward to my next session soon. Thanks everyone.

I enjoyed a Swedish massage with Sarah. The warm, calm room & heated bed made me feel instantly relaxed. Sarah listened to what I wanted to get out of the massage & made the experience feel very personalised. Sarah used just the right amount of pressure to make it feel beneficial but also relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the attention she paid to my joints (I suffer from joint pain) so the way she massaged & manipulated them gave me some instant relief. Sarah is clearly passionate about making a difference to her client's wellbeing through massage. Thoroughly recommended.

James is helping with my fitness, strength and flexibility and being able to ride my bike with comfort instead of painful shoulders. He has found lots of stiff knots and massaged them away. I feel more supple and comfortable and hope a biggish ride over this weekend will be much more enjoyable

A very good sports massage and great customer service

On arrival, the spa smelt lovely and felt very inviting. The staff are super lovely and welcoming. They poured me a complimentary glass of Prosecco which was a lovely touch. The four hands massage was absolutely incredible! It’s something I didn’t realise I needed. I asked for firm pressure and they didn’t hold back. It was just how I like it and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be returning. It’s going to be my little wellbeing treat once a month.

Excellent as always

Going to Mirren is always great. She is considerate, professional and pays close attention to detail. I never feel rushed yet she is efficient and it doesn’t take forever out of the day. She is great at remembering things like which colour nails you have had before and what shape you like your brows - amazing!
