Loved my lash lift and tint with Meredith! Very relaxing and the results are amazing, It provides a more effortless and put together look, especially since I have blonde lashes, it lets me have a light makeup look without makeup. No itching or burning sensations whatsoever, they had great attention to detail and were incredibly careful.

Beautiful, clean salon and atmosphere! Bree did an amazing job! I am an introvert and never really talk when I’m at the nail salons, but Bree had me talking and laughing THE ENTIRE TIME! I showed her what I wanted and she executed it to a T! She did her thing and I will definitely be back!!!🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Alissa is incredibly knowledgeable about permanent makeup and helps her clients find the brows that will best suit them. She did an amazing job on my combo brows and I would highly recommend her to others looking for a knowledgeable and skilled brow artist!

Wow. That’s all I can say. I had the most incredible blowout of my life. I get a blowout weekly and have been to countless salons, but none compare to this experience. The volume, bounce, and finish were unmatched, and the wash alone was next level. I also truly appreciated not feeling pressured to carry a conversation; the entire experience felt relaxing and effortless. Macy was exceptional (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly). Her attention to detail and technique were outstanding.

Wonderful experience, amazing work! My brows are freshened up and so easy. Getting semi permanent makeup was the best decision for my sparse brows and Alissa makes the process seamless.

I was part of the generation of teens that plucked their eyebrows so thin that I eventually was left with very little and patchy brow hair! What an incredible experience getting PMU brows! Alissa is so talented and explained every part of the process with me ensuring I was happy with the overall look of my brows! They already look so great but excited to see how they heal over the next 6 weeks! Game changer!

The ambiance of the new salon is relaxing and very pleasing to the eye !!! Great care was given to the color palette and new furnishings !!! Pedicure chairs are fabulous with massage features and a changing light show in the foot basins…Kira’s selection of polishes is eye popping !!! Looking forward to my next visit !
