Mary is beyond amazing. You can tell she takes her craft very seriously. She is methodical and detailed in the process and also very personable and friendly. Recently I had an application of brow tint that just didn’t quite take, no fault of the actual application but just a fluke. Mary made sure to bring me back in to address the areas I was concerned about and even made sure to take extra steps to avoid damage to my brows with the second rendition of coloring. As long as she is still open in Kalamazoo Portage area I will be faithful customer and recommending her to all my friends .

I had my first ever facial with Ella. She was calming and so sweet. To the heated bed, the heated towels and the massages I was in heaven. The small things like the smells, the burning candles,the vines on the ceiling, even the sounds that where playing really put me in a state of relaxation I've never felt. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I will recommend this place to any and everyone looking to get a moment of peace for themselves. My face feels so clean and soft and I can't wait to explore more of what they offer.

Kayla and I have been on a journey since January! I have not had a single morsel of regret since then. We have worked HARD on my skin goals & she has been there for me every step of the way. Mary was great! She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Told me the benefits of dermazen facial. Didn't know what to expect with microblading but it was like having a cat lick your face, not painful at all! I would recommend her for sure.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows and usually drive all the way to Grand Rapids to get them done — but I am so glad I found Mary here in Kalamazoo! She’s incredibly detailed, precise, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is just right. I had an eyebrow shaping today and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
