Mary is beyond amazing. You can tell she takes her craft very seriously. She is methodical and detailed in the process and also very personable and friendly. Recently I had an application of brow tint that just didn’t quite take, no fault of the actual application but just a fluke. Mary made sure to bring me back in to address the areas I was concerned about and even made sure to take extra steps to avoid damage to my brows with the second rendition of coloring. As long as she is still open in Kalamazoo Portage area I will be faithful customer and recommending her to all my friends .

Wonderful!!! It was so nice. The inner haven experience was soooo nice. They kept the time / kept me on schedule so I didn't have to wonder when I needed to be ready for the next service. The full body exfoliation was perfect and the spray tan was super easy. I've never had one before, but she walked me through all the steps and made it way less intimidating. Love love love this place <3

She was super friendly! I’m not a super chatty person and didn’t try to push any awkward small talk like some people do. I have a lot of hair that’s kinda tough to work with and detangle and she was super patient with my hair the entire time!

I spent half my day (and half my paycheck 😉) at Catherine’s Head2Toe, but everything was so worth it! Macy rocked my hair and Addison did an amazing job with my facial. I love walking into the place and being welcomed by name, and having my preferences known. Everyone is so welcoming and the space is so comfortable and inviting. Every penny I spend is well worth it and the value is well worth it.

My Spray Tan turned out amazing. Addison is so helpful with prep and even follows up after to make sure you are happy with the results. In a setting that may be awkward, she made me feel super comfortable.

Very much enjoyed the experience. I appreciated the relaxation and massage that she did, it was so needed and wonderful, I wish I had known I could come in early for the haven experience too when I booked at the counter, but the paperwork does specify it, so pay attention to what they send you ! I’m excited to do that next time. Definitely coming back.

Alissa is truly an artist!! I had a brow lamination, tint and shape service, and had areas in my brows that don’t grow hair. She filled in those areas so well and very natural looking. My brows look AMAZING!!!

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows and usually drive all the way to Grand Rapids to get them done — but I am so glad I found Mary here in Kalamazoo! She’s incredibly detailed, precise, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is just right. I had an eyebrow shaping today and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
