Macy did an excellent job with my pedicure today. Becca took very good care of me yesterday on my birthday. I love this place. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Kalamazoo needed this place. Very relaxing. 10/10 - would and WILL RECOMMEND to everyone I know! :)

It’s always a great day when I get to see Bree. She is truly a master at her craft- because consistent pedicures with JUST her has made it so my toe nails are finally growing with a better shape, and they just look HEALTHY! It’s nice being able to blab and it’s genuine convo- not small talk. I appreciate my visits with her and it’s truly worth the $$ and worth while! Thank you, Bree!! ❤️

**Writing this at Cravings, cause she could read my mind in what food I needed.. IYKYK😂** Bree did such a good job yet again. My pedicure was so past due and it’s so nice when they’re refreshed. Andddddd when your nail tech literally can read your mind on what color is what you needed. The one I picked wasn’t really what I was envisioning. She was like “say less” and picked the actual color I was thinking. Love that about Bree! I appreciate my self care time with you! Thanks girl! 😊

Becca did such an amazing job on my birthday nails!! She was running behind schedule, but was completely transparent about that from the time I entered the salon - I was on a time crunch so she had Bree help with my fill and completed the design while I was getting my pedicure. Although it probably was not ideal for her, she was completely accommodating to my schedule and respectful to my time. The service was 10/10 and the stunning set of nails made it 100 🤍🤍

Exceptional!! The best blowout in Kalamazoo!

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Sidney was so great, she was extremely kind and made great conversation! You could tell she took the time to pay attention to small details and make sure that I was enjoying every part of the pedicure. Highly recommend :)
