I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

Was in at Natalie on friday had wax & tint & ultimate facial. Skin was really dry before it now looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend Natalie always feel amazing after my visits.

Another great experience with Janene, she talks you through every stage and is so knowledgable in what she does. I have in the past had lip filler, tattoos and facials with Janene and couldn’t recommend her enough.

The Elevate facial was fantastic. Such a lovely relaxing and effective experience. My face was glowing and I felt so much benefit from a relatively brief amount of time. It is ideal to squeeze in to a time and budge limited life. I will definitely rebook so would highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience! She did an acrylic French manicure for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nails are beautifully shaped, the French tips are so clean and precise, and the finish is flawless. One of the most incredible treatments I’ve had. From start to finish everything was thought through so carefully. I felt like my skin was treated so well, but holistically the whole experience was so relaxing too. I didn’t want it to end! The ASMR hair play addition was so worth it too. Left feeling super relaxed and I will be back for sure!
