I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

Another great experience with Janene, she talks you through every stage and is so knowledgable in what she does. I have in the past had lip filler, tattoos and facials with Janene and couldn’t recommend her enough.

The Elevate facial was fantastic. Such a lovely relaxing and effective experience. My face was glowing and I felt so much benefit from a relatively brief amount of time. It is ideal to squeeze in to a time and budge limited life. I will definitely rebook so would highly recommend!

I had a great massage with Gemma tonight! She is such a lovely girl and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing, and the hot stones were the perfect finishing touch! First visited the salon 3 weeks ago. Salon is beautiful and the ladies are so welcoming and friendly. You really feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. A perfect place fo relaxation and beauty treatments. Both visits have been for my nails. Getting builder gel and polish to help my brittle nails to stop breaking. Couldn't be happier with how much it's helped. Already booked myself in next week for lash lift and brow wax. Can see myself visiting weekly for a little pampering.

What a therapist Michelle is, has the skills to shock in amazing ways; had a deep tissue massage and was literally blown away by how outstanding it were. You deserve an award, like get yourself on World Championship in Massage (IMA). I arrived with swimmers shoulder, was only expecting 10/10 and I got just that. Her professionalism, inner strength, mindset, lovely salon not to forget ( hidden gem ) Nearly brought a tear to my eye 😂 Keep doing what you’re doing gal! I’ll be back tomorrow 🙃
