Fantastic facial from Natalie! I am so happy to have found her. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and takes time to chat with her client’s about their concerns. I have facials every eight to ten weeks. Natalie’s facial was one of the best I have experienced. I highly recommend her. And she just a lovely person.

I had a dermaplane facial and lymphatic drainage massage with Sally and it was amazing. The room was beautiful, so relaxing and had lovely calming vibes 🤍 Sally was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, giving great advice on what would work best for my skin. I left feeling refreshed, glowing and completely pampered. Such a lovely experience from start to finish and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 💕 🫶🏻

Was in at Natalie on friday had wax & tint & ultimate facial. Skin was really dry before it now looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend Natalie always feel amazing after my visits.

I had the most amazing Korean clear glass facial. My face has never felt so alive. Very relaxing foot massage too. I feel so relaxed and would highly recommend this treatment.

Such a relaxing experience in a lovely cosy environment. Lynn is so nice and welcoming, and gives a brilliant top to toe massage. Facial was great too and my skin feels very cleansed and soft now. Will definitely return to try some of her other treatments.

I came to see Sally for help with my skin prior to my wedding. I have always suffered from hormonal breakouts. The level of time and care that she put in to devising a program for my skin was incredible. I was given a plan for in salon treatments and skincare to use at home. My skin has never been so glowy and healthy and I have had so many compliments on it, I even have the confidence to go out without make up which I never thought would happen! The facials themselves deliver results but are also so relaxing, the facial massage is amazing and each one was like a therapy session. 10/10

Absolutely love coming to Fresh Face by Francesca. Hands down the best facials I’ve ever had, so relaxing and very reasonably priced. My skin is glowing for days after each facial. I had my lymphatic drainage massage and facial with Sally this afternoon and I cannot recommend her enough. I opened my eyes at the end and felt weightless. She allowed me to take my time in getting dressed and left me some citrus water. I’d asked for advice in regard to my skin concerns and explained which ingredients would work for my very dry skin. Highly recommend, Sally is lovely, I’m looking forward to my next one!

Kelley is very good at what she does. She is a lovely person and so easy to speak to. Have been twice and she is trying so hard to relieve my problem. Myself and two others have booked a facial next week. Would definitely recommend her.
