Eva was professional, attentive, and had a perfect touch—firm enough to release tension and gentle where needed. The facial left my skin feeling so refreshed, and noticeably brighter. The neck and shoulder massage was the highlight; it relieved so much built-up tension I didn’t even realise I had. Had a wonderful facial with Kristie yesterday. I mentioned what my skin concerns were and she recommended microneedling. Kristie explained the procedure to me and talked me through what she was doing. Kristie explained all the aftercare to me which was so helpful and ensured my skin got the most benefits from the treatment. My skin was slightly red for a few hours but is glowing already and I really notice a difference after only one day. 10/10 would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back for this treatment again in a few months.
