Overall amazing experience!! Shané is very knowledgeable and walked me through each stage of the everything facial as she performed the service, the studio was very clean, inviting and private, Shané was very professional and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, but I woke up looking like a million bucks. Best massage we have had in a long time. Normally get a mobile massage when we are in Barbados but decided to do something different because it's been a hit and miss getting good mobile therapist. We are so glad we found KiWest, Oni is amazing perfect pressure adjusted to your liking. The facial was go good also left feeling so refreshed and lighter. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. They also took the time to share a lot of helpful information about skincare, explaining what products and routines would work best for my skin. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized, and the environment was clean and relaxing. I’ll def be back.
