11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

I have been a long-time customer of Masumi, and she is truly amazing. I have naturally frizzy, wavy hair that is very difficult to manage on my own, but Masumi always performs a total transformation. What I appreciate most is that she designs styles to last—she doesn't just focus on how it looks today, but how it will grow out. My highlights blend perfectly into my roots even months later! She is a master of everything: highlights, Japanese straight perms, and haircuts. Also, don’t miss out on her shampoo—her head massages are the best! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Loved my time with Liv! I had just taken out my braids and needed a good deep conditioner, silk press, and trim. She took great care with my hair. The silk press came out perfectly straight and smooth, and she was friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment. She even gave me tips for maintaining the style. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Had such a great experience with my stylist Sarah— she did an amazing job with my color and blowout. The shade came out exactly how I wanted, super natural and fresh, and the blowout was smooth and beautiful. She was really easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel effortless. I had a great experience at Toto hair! I came in looking for a trim and face framing. Kelly did an amazing job and took her time with my blowout/straightening as well. I have medium length and it was actually $77 (straightening + $20) since it was my first appointment I got a discount, but it would normally be $90 + $20 for straightening. Would highly recommend!
