I love coming here - the staff are always friendly, and online booking is so convenient. However, I’m often left waiting 30+ minutes after my appointment time. From what I’ve observed while waiting, it seems walk-in clients are often accommodated without consideration of booked appointments, which may be causing the delays. It’s frustrating when you’ve planned your day around a booking, and the service then feels rushed as staff are trying to catch up. I think reviewing this process and prioritisation of booked appointments, would improve the experience for both clients and staff.
