I had such a lovely experience at Silk Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully set up. My nail tech was incredibly professional and gentle, and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails came out flawless—super neat and beautifully shaped. You can really tell they care about quality and client satisfaction. Definitely my new go-to for nails—highly recommend Silk Beauty if you’re looking for great service and stunning results!

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.

Always Great experience. The lady who did my nails was amazing and professional. I do think that the nail techs should concentrate and focus more on doing their jobs than talking to each other about things not concerning work while busy providing a service. They talk way to much and it affects my time.This is my only problem I have with BOA Claremont.

The only issue I have with franchises is that non-regular customers often receive subpar service, and the difference in treatment compared to regulars is noticeable. That definitely needs to change. I was also disappointed that my appointment wasn’t picked up from the system after booking online, which caused an unexpected delay. Thankfully, the receptionist saved the day by finding me a slot to get my nails done. Thank you! 😊

Much better than the Claremont branch. There was more finesse in the way Zikhona worked. Definitely changing my branch of choice. Highly recommend Zikhona for French nails.

Such a lovely experience with Claudine .was treated to a hot cup of coffee while having my nails done ❤️and so happy with my nails had a manicure done with halaal certified 786 nail polish.

Fantastic experience… the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the setting is warm and inviting … had such a wonderful time! I left feeling prettier, energised ..yet warm and fuzzy ❤️ thanks luvies my skin feels amazing, my nails look good again and my feet are soo soft! Definitely seeing me again 🤗
