I cannot recommend About Face enough! I was drawn to the salon as they were the only place in Canberra offering extraction focused facials, and I am so happy I booked. Jess was so professional yet personable, I left feeling refreshed inside and out. The experience I had here was unmatched. I have been to many lash artists over the years, but none have been as kind, gentle, and professional as Sally. Unlike some lash artists who accidentally glue multiple natural lashes together, Sally took her time and carefully isolated each lash before applying the extensions. Her attention to detail was incredible. I rarely leave reviews, but this salon absolutely deserves one. I genuinely cannot recommend Sally enough. If you’re looking for beautiful lashes and exceptional service, this is the place to go.

Amazing very happy with my eyelash extensions, I was treated very lovely my eyelash lady was so kind and ask me if I was feeling ok all the time which was really nice to ask if I was doing ok. My best experience with lash tint. Priyanka was super friendly and did a great job, my eyes usually sting easily but she managed to apply the dye in a way that I barely felt anything. I will come back!

Staff are very pleasant to deal with. This was my third massage at Grand Central and I'm very happy with their service. Tanya is excellent, she finds and releases tight muscles with minimal discomfort and immediate relief. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I'll definitely be back for my regular Massages.
