Robert and the team take time to find out what you want, make sensible suggestions and then deliver with care...I have been going to Robert for many years and would not go anywhere else. Even when I lived overseas, he was part of my routine when I visited Sydney. His salon is a great find!

I had a fantastic experience at Urban Hair & Co today — all the girls are wonderful! Vicky, Mia, Isabelle and Lilyan create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. A special mention goes to Lilyan, who recently did a Keratin treatment on my fine, brittle hair. She gave it so much attention and care, and the results were amazing. She’s also responsible for the best cut I’ve had in a long time. Her skill and patience really make all the difference. Highly recommend Urban Hair & Co and their incredible team! The best colour expert around Sydney...Ari just knows what he is doing and delivers in best way possible making sure we leave very happy with the new look. I love my colour and dont trust anyone else

Masseuse very professional & thorough, asked area of concern and very attentive to those areas. Good firm pressure and just enough without leaving feeling greasy. Hot stone could be little hotter however understand very fine line to potential burning client. Music a little loud and I would prefer traditional Thai meditational ambience instead of piano cover songs, I’m sure would accommodate if I asked but it was my first visit so happy to go with the flow. Over all relaxing and energising remedial massage and very reasonably priced. I would be my pleasure to return when next in Sydney

Without a doubt, the finest salon in Sydney that I've visited! Zena and Jay were incredibly welcoming. I've visited twice in the past month: the first time for a cut and the second time for the Nano treatment, which was truly transformative. If you're considering it, go for it! It will be a game-changer. My hair now looks healthy, silky, and smooth. Many thanks to the ladies for taking care of me.

Best keratin treatment

I have been going to Urban hair for a year now. I’m fairly high maintenance with long unruly hair. I require colour every 3 weeks, regular cuts, treatments, blowdries and recently a keratin treatment. They always accommodate me when I need to see them on short notice. I appreciate that especially considering I travel from the Central Coast. Vicki, Mia & Isabel are the best. I have left the salon super happy every time.
