Service is always amazing as usual. And I must say everyone is so efficient as well. Had to get my locs retwist and get a haircut, came in at noon and was out the door by 3 pm. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Its always a pleasure seeing Marco the Magnificent. I had my dreadlocks removed today (after 4 and a bit years). He worked tirelessly and delegently to brush them out, from the desired length, wash and restyle a fresh new look. From dreads maintenance to chop n restyle, this man is always a warming vibrant energy to be around. He truly loves what he does in his profession. I will be back, for years to come. First time at this Salon and first time letting someone take care of my locs. I started them myself about 16months ago and I’ve been very skeptical to go to a salon. LuvNatural was amazing, Latifah took great care of me and made me feel seen and heard. She was really kind, professional and quick. Loved her advice and feedback when I asked for it. I had a simple wash, retwist and two strand twist. Started 10mins from arrival and was out the door at the time they had advised the session would last which was great! Really happy with the results and I will be back :)

Love the new location very relaxing. I enjoy when I get my retightening because I know that my hair will be in good hands. My hair has transformed into beautiful locs. It has grown so quickly into a full head of healthy hair. I love my new look and the styles are the best. I’m very appreciative for the time, care and maintenance. Thank you.

I highly recommend Daniel at the Lok mechanic. He recently installed dreadlocks for my son, and the entire experience was fantastic. He was incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to ensure the sections were perfect and that my son was comfortable throughout the process. The results look amazing, and my son absolutely loves his new locks. We also appreciated the clear aftercare advice given to us and free first maintenance offered. Had an amazing experience at Orlando Lox Bar with Shaka Khan! She did a flawless retwist, and the hair wash and steam treatment were heavenly. My scalp felt refreshed, and my locs were soft and healthy. Shaka also shared great tips on how to care for my hair, which I truly appreciated. Well! Where do I begin? My locs journey could’ve been much better if I knew about Salon Nuevo owned by Danny Dreads in Laval. I cut off my first sets of starter locs unable to find a good loctician in Montreal and Quebec. Princess Jade, beautiful, polite, courteous, caring, attentive and a superb personality did my retwist so well. It surpassed even the best loctician I had in Brooklyn New York. I am delighted grateful and happy for the service. Even if I had no hands, I would still give Jade 2 thumbs up. Hands down the best in Quebec! GQ magazine I am ready for my pose! Damn I feel special

I just got my locs retwisted, and I’m super happy with how they turned out! My stylist was amazing, and my locs look fresh and neat. She also added a head massage to the service, which was such a nice surprise,it felt so good and really added something special to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a great retwist and a little extra relaxation, I highly recommend giving this new service a try!

I met a current client of Kristale in a nail salon, her hair was beautiful and I inquired where and who. I immediately went online to find Kristale. I made a free consultation appointment. I met with Kristale and felt comfortable with her and the salon location and was clean, beautiful and has great energy, friendliness of stylist and other clients. I scheduled my appointment for a retwist and I was not disappointed, she did an awesome job!!! And Kristale was on time, positive energy and skilled hands. I’m so happy and love my two-strand twist.

My 11 year old had twist locs put in and he had the full spa wash and steam treatment, he loved it from start to finish. He was absolutely over the moon and the locs are so neat. Really welcoming staff and they sell their own line of products to care and treat hair after styling. I bought the full box so am confident in maintaining his hair, will be back when needs the relock doing. Couldn’t recommend more. The products softened his hair and scalp because he even said he felt no pain whatsoever unlike when I do his hair..
