The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had the Deep Cleanse Classic Facial with Beth and it was amazing. She was super friendly and made the whole thing really relaxing. My skin feels so clean and refreshed—like it actually got a proper reset. Beth was great at explaining what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really informative & honest 2week review of my Botox appointment. Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

On my second treatment with Kate now, I don’t think I will ever not go back, whether for further treatment or general advice on skin/ hair and all round well being. She has a shop in the same facility as her treatment room selling necessary supplements. She doesn’t sell a product that she doesn’t believe in so I feel safe and confident to purchase here. I can’t wait to finish my 5 week course, a week later from my first and I could have cried, without Kate I was not fitting into jeans that I already owned. She saved me a whole new wardrobe🤣 Results speak for themselves! see you next week🥰

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location!
