Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Another 40 minute journey over to Fiona for my CASi and Radio frequency treatment which was great, her new machines meant she was able to do the different areas of my face with better accuracy, the end results were very noticeable. I have been coming over to Chester for the past 13 years her treatments never disappoint me.

It was my first time having my hair done at wild roots with Lexie. It was an absolutely stunning experience everything from the consultation to the hair appointment. The salon has gorgeous calming vibe and lexi really knows her stuff. She explained everything and make the entire experience feel like a luxury. I have suffered with hair loss and don’t have the easier hair to manage. My hair now feels and looks amazing and I’m beyond happy with it. Already can’t wait for my next appointment x

Once again a lovely treatment done by Fiona, I used to really like the Radiofrequency and CACI treatment but I prefer this new treatment she has now, my husband thought he had a new women letting herself into the house when I got home 😂
