I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

I always have the best experience with Tara she is great at waxing and making you feel comfortable I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is also amazing at lash lifts and brow waxing I would recommend her time and time again.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Anna was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled — my nails have never looked better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments. Cath uses a room which is very clean indeed. Cath too is a clean person. I refer to her hands and clothing. On arrival she made me feel very welcome. Cath carries out waxing very professionally and with a high degree of excellence. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’ve never been before, as she makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have. Personally I will not use anyone else.
