Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly, relaxing and cozy environment Megan provides, she makes sure that I am happy with the colour, shape and design. I did cats-eye baby pink design, am now obsessed cute shiny nails of mine ✨ 💅🏻 I recommend all girls in Chester to go this salon 😊

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

very very deep massage, felt every knot losening up. Will definetly come back! So far the best massage I had in Chester.

To be honest don’t believe I have ever been so regular in having a manicure appointment which must say a lot. Monika is a terrific person, nice line in chat and always ready to listen to what. “look” you want.

Collette did a great back and shoulder massage, plus she gave me great advice and was very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend

I probably go to a salon every six weeks for a bio sculpture manicure and I do believe my nails have got stronger and stronger. In fact I’m not sure they’ve ever been in such good condition so yes this is a great salon. The people are lovely, always ready With a smile and laughter can always be heard around the place. My only piece of advice would be book ahead as they are always busy.

Now this was a delightful experience I had a bio sculpture manicure by Lexi. It really was a lovely time, weather good, easy parking (and free), and then the manicure started. Lexi was a lovely young woman very personable, always checking if you were happy with the nail shape etc, having already discussed what I wanted, and finally gave advice on how to look after my nails, until the next time and there will be a next time as Lexi has done a great job.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Anna was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled — my nails have never looked better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments. Can’t wait to come back again! ✨

Molly’s gel manicure today was excellent. Molly had excellent attention to detail and was very efficient! I also had HD brows, I don’t have much to work with but she still made them look fantastic!
