This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I highly recommend this place! I got my brows done and decided to try eyelash extensions for the first time. I was a bit nervous, but the stylist walked me through everything and recommended a classic half set. They turned out absolutely perfect—lightweight, gorgeous, and exactly the boost I wanted. My brows look clean and shaped beautifully too. Thank you for making my first lash experience so wonderful!

Had such an amazing experience. This was my third time getting my lashes done, and as someone with really sensitive eyes this was the first time my eyes did not get a reaction. I did not need to use eye drops one time! The lashes are beautiful received so many complements! Amazing service and amazing results, would 100% recommend!

I am genuinely impressed! Zanele worked professionally and efficiently! She did an incredible job taking extra care throughout the treatment and afterwards to ensure I was comfortable. She was also very accommodating when I changed my appointment from just brows to a full face treatment, which I really appreciated. Zanele communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment, explaining what she was doing and making me feel completely at ease.
