I had such a good experience. Jade is such a lovely kind soul. She listens to exactly what you want and the outcome is superb. I couldnt be more happier with my classic lash set. Already planning my next booking and lash fill for the month of October and beyond. 100/10 would recommend. Thank you Jade❤️

I might sound like a broken record by now but the women at Layla’s Lab never fail to amaze me. Ammaarah is extremely sweet, kind and gentle. I don’t know if they have a magic bed that puts one to sleep or if it’s the peaceful environment these women created.💓 The results always speak for themselves, I never need to defend it. My lashes look as if I have extensions on. The length that I can actually see with the lash lift is shocking.🤭 Thank you so much ladies and I’ll definitely be back soon❤️

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. The comfort is amazing overall, the lash technicians are extremely friendly and bubbly and so enjoyable to be in their company. If you’re looking for a new lash technician this is the place to be!❤️

Great treatment, professional and highly recommended. The lymphatic drainage had many health benefits especially immune support. As a recommendation for the studio - to consider getting electric blankets /heating because the rooms are a little cold especially on frosty winter days. 🌸

Amazing experience with Rizqah! She's incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and professional. My hybrid anime-style lashes look natural yet perfectly enhance my eyes.
